I need an efficient algorithm for a classifieds web site. I require the detailed DESIGN and NOT THE IMPLEMENTATION (Coding).

I have a Spring MVC Web App and I am planning to use Apache Solr. If you have done something similar with excellent results, do you think that you can create a really efficient algorithm, and you are skilled in Apache Solr, please read first the "Problem [url removed, login to view]" and then the "about the [url removed, login to view]". There are maybe 10 pages including images but I want to make sure that I explain everything clearly.
