1- Capture sound through through an android device's mic.
2- then streamed to a Debian Linux system, at a low bandwidth through a TCP socket connection (static IP over wifi)
3- The system on the PC (Linux) should play the sound as it arrived.
4- the GUI on the android is only one toggle button to do step 1 .
The code should be in java on both sides (Android and Linux PC).
