I need the Cross-Platform (Windows & Mac) Screen Recorder + Webcam that can be done offline.
So the workflow is like this:
1. User is able to select the screen are he/her wishes to record(have to maintain the aspect ratio).
- The user is able to adjust the size of the webcam view or move it around. Similar to those YouTube videos.
- The recording can be 480p/720p/1080p MP4.
- The audio will be recorded(System audio & Webcam Mic)
2. Once the recording is done, the user will be able to edit the video. Example. Half way through the recording, the user needs to go to the toilet. he must be able to cut that part. Similar to windows movie maker or adobe premier pro. Don't have to be fancy.
3. The user has the ability to select which recording he/she want to upload to a file server via FTP.
Most Importantly, this has to be done with open-source library/APIs(May need to tie couple APIs). I have found afew by doing a simple google search. You may suggest Proprietary APIs but cannot exceed the budget.
