Where is a safe download place for this so-called "log4j 2x" ?

Log4j details online talk about Log4j 2x as do the vulnerability scans from work.
When looking online there is 1.2.18 (but is this 2x that is discussed) Is there log4j 2x some place to download so I can see it "for real physically"
