Need to someone look at my existsing Java SE program and do any improvements if needed.

I own an online cloud service, part of which is a network of Windows computers, each of which is communicating with my main site through Java SE program.
I wrote this Java program myself, but I'm not Java guy.
Did all refactoring I could. But now want someone with experience to look at my code, and make any changes, which may be important.
So no particular tasks, goals or constraints.
You just download all source code from my GitHub master branch and look at it. If you see something that needs to be improved or added - make your change and commit it. If you can clearly explain why you made this change or if the change is clearly helpful - I will test it if all still works, approve it, merge to master branch, and pay you (20-50$ per each update, depending on the size/importance/urgency, any convenient payment method - right away, in the end of the day/week - anything goes). Sometimes there will be open issues listed on Github that need to be fixed. Obviously each such issue is an opportunity for you to earn more.
Any time of day or week you can come, work a little bit, earn a couple bucks, and enjoy the rest of the day. You can do it full time, or part time, or as a second job - up to you. The more updates you make - the higher is your income.
I'm not looking for one person that will solve all my problems for a lot of money and leave. I'm looking for multiple people who would be interested in sort of an ongoing partnership, and in improving the program again and again. The more updates the better. Will give everyone a chance.
I'm in Ukraine, so will be able to review updates faster if you are within GMT+2.
For other timezones - will probably review within 24 hours (except weekends).
I guess the only demand for your updates will be that they have to be logically complete. Meaning that if you make 3 commits that are all parts of one fix - it will count as one. Otherwise I completely trust your experience.
