Adobe photoshop connect SDK

Hello,
Looking for a developer who is familiar with the Adobe Photoshop Connection SDK software. You need to have previous experience using this SDK. Please mention type of programs you have written. [url removed, login to view]
The first part of this project is to create a program in HTML5 using WebSockets to communicate with the Photoshop server and run a script on the server. (script attached)
The script will be present in Photoshop as a Preset Script. (script attached)
The script will simply change the text on one of the layers.
The purpose of this to get a webpage that can communicate with Photoshop Server.
This software can be written for windows or a mac. You will be expected to help us setup the environment on our side to test the code. You will be working with a programmer on our side.
This should be an easy job for someone familiar with the SDK. Once this is running on our system you will be asked to develop other functionality while working with someone on our team.
