Implement Ezoic Ads on React.js Framework

Hello Everyone, nice to meet you all! Start your proposal with "ezoic" so I know that you read this. I need someone to help guide me through implementing ads on my website: discords.com. My budget for this is $120 and I want to start right now. We need to implement ads on:
1) A react.js framework
2) A normal css/html framework
3) A Vue.js framework
Here are the instructions ezoic sent me for implementing these ads:
1. Add the integration script to the <head> <script src="//[login to view URL]"></script>
2. Set up Ad Tester (wrap existing ad units with Ezoic PH code ([login to view URL]), hardcode some additional placeholders onto the site that you are willing to test ([login to view URL]), and set up [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]))
3. Define your placeholders (see standalone instructions).
4. Enable ezstandalone (see standalone instructions)
5. Display the ads (see standalone instructions)
you will want to be sure is that the correct placeholders are defined on the page so it's best to set them up before defining them in the standalone script.
