I need help with the Internal Rate of Return and Net Present Value calc on the attached page. In addition the two calcs must be moved over to under Total Cash Flow. You must click the Calculate button and the IRR & NPV calc are under CALCULATION OF INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN AND NET PRESENT VALUE. Please do not bid and then change your bid.
