Translate english words in Squarespace using YUI Javascript library

I need to translate parts of Squarespace from english to finnish using javascript.

I'll provide the translations.

EXAMPLES:

<a class="inline-read-more" href="#">Read More</a>

Should become:

<a class="inline-read-more" href="#">Lue lisää</a>

"Comment" should be "Kommentoi"

"1 Comment" should be "1 kommentti"

"2 Comments" should be "2 kommenttia"

Also translating months and dates of the blog, Share and like buttons etc.

The code should be clean, commented and use YUI library or native javascript.

No jQuery.

If you're skilled with javascript I will have lots of more work in the future!
