We need a new events page for our Joomla site. It is going to have an image upload form at the top of the page. Users are going to be able to upload an image and give it a name, date, and description.
Once the form is submitted a confirmation email will be sent to the administrator, who will then decide if they want to accept it and list it on the events page, or to delete it.

NOTE: There is already an events page, but we would like to disable that page and use the new page.
