AngularJS 1 Meta Tag Update from Laravel Server Side

I have implemented a dynamic meta tag update coming from the server side on my angularjs application. When I type a url the laravel route is invoked and meta tag values are returned and updated in my single page application meta tag. However when I attempt to change state the route is not invoked. I have to refresh the page on my browser to have the route invokes and for the meta tag to be updated with the latest value. Your task is to help resolve this problem remotely.
