Independent Sales person
Duties Responsibilities:
Edmonton based commercial cleaning company offering various janitorial services is seeking seniors or other personnel to work from home in order to generate qualified sales leads. All applicants must speak clear English. Two years of marketing or customer service experience is essential.
Requirements:
• Excellent planning, organization and decision making skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Mature work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy (Windows environment, specifically Word and Excel).
• Ability to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
An out-call sales person should have direct experience in generating sales leads. Get as many appointments per week as you can. We pay $15.00 per appointment plus a % commission per the period of contract signed. This applies to Canadian Sales people only.
You can use your own script or we can provide you with ours. A qualified lead is considered an appointment our sales reps go on that results in a bid with that potential client.
You would be responsible for finding out:
The square footage of the business and whether or not they are using a cleaning service,
If they are happy with that service and how much they are currently paying.
