Logo and intro video creation for school project

Good evening
I run a small group of students at my school who are known as the Digital Leaders I am trying to create them a logo and a small video intro to put at the beginning of their projects. This project is to help me with the logo and then create a 10 sec intro that animates the logo a little. I have attached an example logo the students design which should have the words Digital Leaders below. I have also included the Schools main logo for comparison. I would like the logo to have technology elements behind it (iPad, headphones, microphones, laptops etc) I have included a very rough example I found online, I have also include a small video scip of the colours and style them have made already for their videos and I would like them to match the colours and style somehow.
I really don't have a very high budget for this as I have to pay out of my own funds. I had hoped I had the skills myself for the project but I'm not really good enough. I would leave an amazing review if you are trying to build your profile.l
