Volusion Store migration from Magento

We have a store that the client has decided to relocate to Volusion from Magento. This will require the current look and feel being converted to a Volusion theme. The theme in question is responsive. Normally we would handle this in house but this will be the first time we attempt a responsive theme with Volusion.
You must be an expert with Volusion and able to reproduce the current theme on Volusion quickly. You are extremely professional with attention to detail. The finished site must function on all major browsers with mobile activated.
I will provide more info to contractors of interest. While we don't handle Volusion projects often, I am seeing more inquiries for Volusion work so I'm looking for a really good, reliable long term contractor who can handle our Volusion projects.
