I sell medical devices - one potential customer of mine offers pain management services, and is looking to offer rehab/balance services for their patients to regain proprioception and balance.

However, they need to know how to apply not just revenue codes, but how to handle Medicare audits, prove medical necessity, and more.

The CPT Codes they haven't used yet include therapeutic exercise and therapeutic activities - they want to know how they can integrate that into their offerings.
