Convert 2 Microsoft Access 2000 files to Access 2010 format

This is a very small project.
I just need someone with an older enough version of Microsoft Access that will convert Microsoft Access 2000 files to versions I can use with Access 2010.
UPDATE: I believe the Access Version is 1.1 !
My 2 files are attached.
Before you bid for the project you must confirm that you can open one of the files with your version of Access. This will only take a minute or two of your time.
I do not want to waste any time because you do not have an Access version that can open the files.
