I need a script that can check a list of our IP addresses against the [url removed, login to view] website.

The script can be a microsoft vbscript / wscript or a linux shell script (sh) script. I need it to check every 10 minutes and if one of the IP addresses is alive in the [url removed, login to view] list, the script should alert me with an email.

Their site uses a query like the following.

[url removed, login to view]

You can change the "alive" to "dead" to see the output from their site or you can test with a live IP that you can grap from [url removed, login to view] I need the script to notify me by email when one of our IPs is listed as alive. There should be a way for me to add IPs to be checked.

Hi, I see this IP is from private IP range, should it be this way (192.168.x.x)? Also why not use ping and dig? I can write nice script with them that can check if this IP is responding. Best regards
