Android Phone Application

We need a replica of the device's own phone application, with these options:

? Accept incoming call

? Initiate an outgoing call to a dial-pad number or to an address book contact

? Add/delete/modify the address book exactly like the standard device's app does

? Show recent calls exactly like the standard device's app does

However, unlike the standard device's app, this app will work with a proprietary IP protocol, interacting with an IP server for signaling and data.

The protocol will have the following functionality:
