Build page turn Mobile Apps - iOS & Android

We are launching an online magazine and are looking to build 2 mobile apps for page turn/flip. One for iPad/iPhone (iOS) and one for Android (tablets and phones)
We would like to use a nice and modern page flip technology. Please see the attached video number 1, which is an example of page flip animation we want to achieve.
We would like the apps to be native apps – each.
the page flip technology should have zoom in & out, and have the ability to link ads and texts to specific websites etc (it should be a good one..) any other extra suggestions and tweaks are very welcome!!
The app interface should be very simple - it would have the current issue, and ability to browse previous issues of the magazine. Just like in the attached videos (number 2).
The pdf files will be hosted on line and the user should have the ability to decide if to read on-line or to download and read offline.
the bid should include all programming and design work, also for the back end webservice coding ( to upload & manage the issues - again, it would be a pdf version)
Both of the apps should have the same functionality and interface design, as possible, but one is for iOS and one is for Android.
