Hi, I need a store locator application which is very similar to the following:

All features are explained in the video.

The app should extract information from a MySQL Database which can be edited via a web admin panel.

The logo, name of app and tagline at the top should also be editable from the web admin panel.

I have an example of the web admin panel for an android app if you want to see it.
