Need Simple iPhone App using Basic Iphone Functions (Quick)

Hi,
I need to create a simple fun app using basic functions of the iphone to allow users to slide two halves of pictures together, paste on top an existing small image and then save the whole new picture. Very simple stuff!
Please give me the following
1. Any programming / UI Design work, you’ve done before on the iphone

3. ETA on how quickly this simple app could be completed.
