Create an ipad/android application for a real estate project

I need to create an iphone/android application for a real estate project.
Tha App will have three phases:
1. Everyone interested in the project
2. Buyers (total of 120 users maximum)
3. Buyers - same users as point 2, but more features will be released when they move in to the unit.
For stage 1 we need people to be able find the following information:
- Create user / log in. Either by email or through facebook.
- Implement/change contact information in settings
- News - continously updates from the project. Need a good back end to post news.
- Contact. Form to contact sales people if you are interested in buying.
- Information about the project. Units for sale, prices, general information, images and video.
Stage 2:
- For Stage 2 you will have a log in, a unique pin code that you can use to access more information.
- Information about the unit you bought. Floorplans, images, information about finishes, etc as well as a 360 degree virtual like this; [login to view URL]
- Services. Different services available for you, where you can get information about it, and book it.
- Other info
Stage 3:
- This will be made available when they move in.
- Information about different services
- Booking feature where you can book time for tennis, restaurants, etc
- Communication tool between Service provider (concierge) and the user. Need to have a userfriendly interface for both parties.
