I haven't had the time to develop a full scope for the project, but i would like some prices for the following development needs.
Basically it is an app for offers and marketing by proximity. I know there are some alternatives using beacons, but for the reality of the brazilian user behavior, i'm open to some other alternatives, as using only GPS.
About the Process:
0- The management will happen in a website. (can be done with opensource like Drupal, feeding the app using json.
1- User Install the App
2- User select its interests in offers and register.
3- User can visualize current offers for his city in the app
4- The app will send a notification when user passes close to the places that have active offers.

Ainda não tive tempo de elaborar um escopo detalhado, mas gostaria de cotações para a seguinte necessidade de desenvolvimento.
Basicamente se trata de um aplicativo de ofertas e marketing por proximidade. Eu sei que existem alguns métodos usando beacons, mas na realidade do comportamento de usuário brasileiro, estou aberto a outras alternativas, como utilizando apenas GPS.
Processo:
0- A gestão acontecerá em um website. (pode ser feito em plataforma aberta Drupal alimentando os apps via json)
1- Usuário instala o aplicativo.
2- Usuário seleciona seus interesses de ofertas e se cadastra.
3- Usuário poderá visualizar as ofertas disponíveis pra sua cidade no aplicativo.
4- O aplicativo irá enviar uma notificação quando o usuário estiver passando perto dos locais aonde existem ofertas ativas
