iPhone and Android Restaurant Finder App

We are looking for someone to develop an iPhone and an Android App. The primary purpose of this app is to search for a name and then display some associated content. The app will talk to a service hosted in the cloud.
Requirements for this project.
2 Apps - One for Android, Another for iPhone
Service running in the cloud that can fetch results from the database and send to the app.
A database for storing content
A separate webpage that can be used to input content to the database. This will be hosted on the cloud as well.
All source code should be provided to us at the end of the project.
The App will have a simple user interface. We will provide exact details of how the user interface should look and work. At the very core is a simple search box where the user can type a search entry. The app should then reach out to the service running in the cloud. The service can then fetch a link from the database based on the search entry and return to the user. The app should then display the link below the search box. The app should also be able to notify the user to update if there is a newer version available at the store.
Additionally , a simple webpage will need to be hosted on the cloud which can be used to populate the database.
Detailed user interface design, database definitions and other details will be provided once the project has been accepted.
We will define milestones for this project and an associated pay structure. Everytime a milestone has been met, we will make the payment.
