Need a module for an Android App that pulls data from a smartwatch sensors

We need someone able to extract data from the sensors of a Smart Watch and send it to an Android App(using JAVA on Android Studio). This Android App doesn't need to have a visual interface, just needs to be printing in the console this data in real-time. The specific requirements are in the attached file.
