Moodle expert needed for small update

I have a Moodle site 99% completed by another developer but it needs to be finished today urgently and the other developer has a public holiday in his country.
The main issue is very simple. In the course content area, the main div id only going 50% width. I have looked everywhere in the stylesheet to try to find the div to adjust to 100% but I'm not familiar with Moodle, and can't find the correct div to adjust.
The second thing is the search button needs to be styled with an image. Again, very easy if you know Moodle.
