Fixing "Waiting for changelocklog lock" issue in liquibase

I have a spring boot application which uses liquibase. I have made changes to the liquibase db and it is working fine in local. Unfortunately, I have made two deployment to my GCP in quick successions which made liquibase database to get locked. So, now my new deployment is not working fine and I can see from the logs that "Waiting for changelocklog lock" is being thrown. It is showing that my lock was acquired by previous pod. I tried stack overflow answers of updating databasechangeloglock file but still it did not work.
I am looking for someone who has experience in Spring boot, liquibase, Mysql
