Needed A Taxi App Developer With Flutter

It‘s an online e-commerce call havazuse.I want Havazuse drivers to download the app. I want to be able to make them a log in where this feature will be activated.

The feature is the driver would be able to put the city, the state and the country that they are in and it would route the customer that places an order from the closest to the furthest it would show how many hours it would take to make all these stops. The driver would have the option to edit the 5 hours it would erase some stops and be available for other routes in order to complete that route within that time period once that route has been activated those addresses would not be available for any other route. I want drivers to be able to get the time they want to start and end the route. If the driver went the route statewide they would put the country and the state leave the city option blank they can press the start route. If they want to do the country wide then put the country and leave the state and the city blank. I drive to have the option to end the route early; any undelivered route can be picked up by some else. Any item that’s not being delivered by our driver has the option to select not delivering with Havazuse which would take it off the route and can also be put back in if a mistake happened. Once that route has been activated the driver employee id number which would be created when making the special account will be added on the shipping label package. If a driver is unable to complete a route that driver has the option to end the route which another driver would have the ability to select to complete that other driver route which says the other driver employee number. It’s similar to what Uber used to pick up multiple passengers. I want the driver to be able to send pictures of the delivery page to the customers over a text feature that is in the app. I want customer to have a choice cancel the other if they do the route will skid the customer that cancel sn go to the next address
