Fix an Image issue on CMS and React UI

I need someone to fix an issue in my node js app (CMS). I can upload an image but either the file path is wrong, or the connection to DB fails or something else! But any modifications to images will not show up on my web site. There may be an issue between the mongo db instance and the other server containing the cms and the react.js web site.
