OS commerce SEO Header Installation

This project should be very simple for someone experienced with OS Commerce. Right now, I am thinking of the open source "SEO Header Tags" plugin. However, I am looking for someone who has already done optimization for OS commerce, and can suggest me a good plugin.

So here's what I'd like from you on this project:

1) A Description of which plugin you would use and why

2) Bid on installation of the plugin for one site

3) Time it would take to implement

4) Sample of OS commerce site that you've optimized
