PPT Slides Design, Video Composition project. Video Advertisement

I need a designer that is also familiar with advertisement design and videography to perform the following on the attached slides.
Background : This will be come an advertisement video on a facial project. We are using slideshow + narration + 2D/3D animation to form a 2minute video. We have put in the content of slides including words and images.
Your task :
1. Give us a good overall slide design. (Preferably a dark background). Good typography usage.
2. Size the illustrations slide (15-25) accordingly such that it fills up most of the screen. (I will send you the .ai illustrator file of the illustrations)
3. Animate the slides (including slide animation and transition).
4. I will then provide you with a narration in .mp3 with a script in .docx
5. You will then have to do a Screen Recording with a ScreenCap software, and run the slides (While recording in the slides in video), base on the narration move the slides forward.
6. There is one slide that says 'Animation'. I will provide you a few animation videos in .mp4. This is where you will need to use Premiere Pro or any other video editing software to insert the animation and the narration should fall in place nicely.
The end product should be a nice looking advertisement video with narration.
Video output should be .avi or .mp4 with 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080)
