Change the png image file into ai file. [EASY WORK]

I am looking for freelancer who can change the simple png image file into ai file.
This is not about just changing file type.
The freelancer has to create a new ai file which looks exactly same as png file, ai file which I am going to modify by myself.
Each parts in the png image file have to be created from scratch instead of tracing it and paste to ai file.
This project wouldn't take long time for the freelancer who can use illustrator and photoshop.
