Design 5 web pages 740x800 dimensions, supply in HTML format and include PSD files.
The web site will be for an online poker game.
No functionality is needed. Just the design in HTML and follow the dimensions.
I've provided PDF file with mock design of content needed, but will need designer to be creative and design using a casino theme ("Texas Hold'Em")

It appears the word document is creating much confusion. Here's what we need developed page-by-page: Yes, we will need a logo but header/footer not needed. Page 1. This is main page (form) Page 2. This displays available players, here user will select players that are available and click a next button Page 3. This is a splash screen and will countdown from 10 to 0 before actual game starts. Page 4. This page (poker table) is the main "game console" where users play the game. The idea is to display a poker table. Page 5. This page is a result page from the game displaying winner. Include a button, "Play again" which will return user to Page 1.
