Modify the artwork on an existing small tuck carton

The box will contain a deck of 30 educational flash cards sized 5.75" x 3.5"
Here is what is needed:
1. Modify one letter on a word which appears on the carton (make a letter capital from lower case).
2. The artwork on the carton will contain Spot UV and Foil Stamping. The printer has given the following instructions:
"For your Spot UV and Foil Stamping, you must provide artwork files using 100% black in the areas that you would like the specialty options applied. They should match the dimensions and placement of your other tuck box files."
3. Artwork positioning will need to be adjusted. The printer has given the following instructions:
"Our production team also pointed out that the text on the sides of your box are too close to the fold lines and are in danger of appearing on the front of the box after it has been printed and folded. I would suggest keeping it at least 0.125" away from the fold lines."
I will provide the file (psd, ai) to be manipulated.
