We are looking to have a Content Management System (CMS) developed in order to effectively deliver content to online users. We want users to be able to register for an account and have all the tools necessary to be able to create/submit articles. Users should also be able to upload videos/pictures and embed it within their articles or upload them separately to a specific category.? Very Similiar to <[url removed, login to view]>

We are planning to have many? websites that deliver content to users, so we are looking to have? a? our own exclusive? software that we can use? and re-use throughout these many websites.? ? ? ? ? ?
Many advanced features need to be implemented into this application. We have about 70% of the code already created, its up the chosen developer to complete this project. However, if the application needs to be created from scratch for any reason, the programmer must do so.
Attached you will find a file detailing most of the specifics that need to be coded into the software. The remaining will have to be done during 1 on 1 communication via IM, Email and/or Phone.

Once the software has been developed, approved and paid for.. The programmer will have no rights to this sofware. It is being created strictly on a work for hire basis.
