Website/Community to exhange charitable contributions

I want to make a website where needy organizations can post their wishlist and willing donors post their "give away lists". For example. Everything is FREE

Registered Needy Recepient A is allowed to post a request for items and services

- 4 reams of paper

- a desk

- A PC

- Sketch pens

- document formatting services

Registered Donor can post things he has for donating

- a whiteboard

- a computer monitor

- stapler

I will be running a free service and I am focused on the education sector, atleast for now.

1. I want users to find their posts to be automatically matched with the words that have been typed by donor or recepient or both. Developers could suggest natural language algorithms that they may be aware of.

2. I want users to be able to search on this website

3. I am keen on having them register their organization on our website. Organization profiles will typically have

Name, Address, Contact person, email id, website address and such info.

4. Registration using their email address and password.

5. Should one be willing to donate $ I want some means of directing them to paypal/verisign (perhaps in the future)

6. To be able to exchange goods and services. Ebay has a good tree system for organizing the same.

7. Have both donors and recepients exchange information, publicly and privately. I want to have a log of the conversation so that other registered donors can benefit from it - exactly the way RAC does it (to keep a log in case of mediation).

8. History of who has interacted with whom successfully

9. To be able to have a rating system for these organizations to increase their credibility. For example, one donor vouching for a recepient, or a recepient vouching for another recipient.

10. A front end for this effort. Would like to discuss hosting possibilities, troubleshooting possibilities.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
