Hi, I require an OCX (or VB source) to format a disk in Windows 3.1 (using Visual Basic 4 16-bit Edition) and also report the percentage of the format so I can put it in a progressbar. If you opt to create an OCX, source for that is required. I do not mind which programming language is used to create the OCX.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

MUST work on Windows 3.1 within Visual Basic 4.0 16-bit.
