Very simple Outlook Plugin that will delete (move e-mails to the deleted items folders) where they have an attachment with a specific name.
Our virus software does not delete virus e-mail it sends them through and removes the attachment and replaces it with an attachment [login to view URL] we get lots of e-mail like this and hence would rather not have them.
Plug-in should appear like a little button on the toolbar and clicking on the button should bring up a form with options allowing it to be turned on and off, and allowing the user to specify what files cause an e-mail to be moved to the deleted items. It should also support wild cards like *.exe
It can be written in Visual Basic or Visual C++ however it must be written in the latest version .NET 2003

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) All code should have code comments
3) Details on how to compile the code need be provided if it requires anything other than opening the project and choosing build.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
b) An uninstaller has to be provided that will remove all traces of the program.
4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
