Personal ''Snapnames'' clone

Snapnames, and other websites like "Namewinner" allow you to "back order" domain names when they're about to expire, but there's too much competition now among users of those sites to get any half-way decent names. I need a smaller, personal version that continuously checks the status of 20-30 domains and registers as many domains as possible from the list as soon as they become available. My registrar has an API that you can tap into, and simply deducts "credits" from my account. I'll supply you with all that information. I need a client-side version that continuously checks availability and sends the proper code down the line to the registrar's API as quickly as humanly (I mean, machine-ly) possible! If you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about, AND you think you can provide me with a reasonable chance to "out-snap" Snapnames, please bid. Thank you.
