TRANSCRIPTION OF STREAMING VIDEO INTO ENGLISH MANUSCRIPT

Require Transcriber/s (pref typing speed 60 wpm plus) to produce complete manuscript (of words spoken) from a streaming video link (on the internet). Every word needs to be captured in typed English. Total 32 files [url removed, login to view] hours of video. Note: there is only a pause button on the link - no rewind button. Accuracy needs to by as close as 'humanly possible' to 100%. Maybe can open in a computer video player that shows the rewind button? - just an idea. Another idea - whole seminar may need to be re-recorded with video file recording software to get the rewind button to show up on there. This will make transcribing super easy. OR, an even better idea, what about transcribing it automatically with software that is out there? (lots of free software on the net can do this if you know where to look) - just an idea. Transcript to look presentable - small talk in small print and the marketing talk shown in normal print. When new speaker comes on, their name as a heading needs to appear - makes transcript easy to refer back to. Needs to be page numbered & with a basic cover - I will leave this up to the judgement of the transcribe. Need captured images from the video links to appear sparingly through the manuscript. Not to many, please. Need manuscript in a Word Document file (to be opened in Word 2000). Project is for immediately start. Will give 7 days for the completion of the project but it can be done faster for those who use right software. I am offering only US$20 for the whole project since job is very very easy and for non profit purposes. I also have some 50 other transcription projects like this one lined up. If you can do this one well, I am more that happy to give you the others. This job is a great opportunity. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
