I need an application where all the application logic is stored in a database. This is something like an interpreter that reads the code from a database. The application needs a login with different user profiles. The application can be a client-Server a 3-tier or a web application. The database can be any SQL database. I am searching for an application framework, where all the definitions (like data entry forms, grids, reports) are stored in a database. Only the process for generating, displaying, handle this elements are hardcoded. This can be in PHP, Delphi, Java, C++ or whatever. I need it for a high customizable accounting application.
