Doc to pdf converter for PHP 5

I need this really quick. The development will be to simply grab a doc file that get's uploaded to a form in php and convert it to pdf.

The generated pdf file must match the original file as much as possible.

Please don't bid if you not very sure of how to make this.

hi.. thank you for your interest with this project. I need one php script/function/class so i can convert file .doc to .pdf online. I will upload a file(doc) using html form and server convert that file(doc) to pdf. Openoffice was already installed. There is no spesific format for that file(doc).
