Expanding an PHP Library that encodes/decodes ZigBee Frames -- 2

We have a project for a PHP developer to expand on our existing Zigbee library. This library is a collection of classes that map to the different ZigBee Frames. We have already implemented a portion of all the possible ZigBee structures, and we are looking for someone to do the structures that are still left.

We are looking for a programmer who is:

- Fluent in object oriented PHP

- Experienced with PHPUnit

- Knows how to convert bytestreams to data structures and back

- Can write code / documentation in the same style as the existing codebase

ZigBee experience is a plus, not mandatory

What we require:

- Implementation of all the possible ZDO Frames as listed in 2.4.3.1 and 2.4.4.1 of the attached Zigbee Specification.

- Implementation of some leftover ZCL Frames.

- >80% unit test coverage

- Documented code, it’s OK to copy parts of the specification documentation in the appropriate places of the code

We will provide parts of our existing library which you can use as guide/template to build the rest of the classes. We already have a utility class that packs/unpacks the used data structures from bytes to PHP types, so we expect this job to have a relatively low complexity.

Please only reply if you are experienced in creating PHP datastructures that can encode/decode bytestreams.
