modify mambo based webpage

There is webpage, based on mambo engine, which needs following modifications: 1. bilingual: page is in Polish. I need to be able to switch it to English. NOTE: that I don't need translation, but only mechanism to enter English strings and be able to switch between languages. 2. There must be additional page describing "life of the company": image gallery, which can contain image galleries. Below each image, or image gallery must be able to enter description - and this description must be able to be long, like normal article. Description editing must use wysiwyg editor like on other articles on the page. There must be link pointing to this page on one of the existing pages on the site, and on the gray links on the bottom of the page. 3. Page with promotional materials (labels, adveritisings etc...) - each is a file to download (image, pdf, word document, etc....). 4. Add a map (how to get to company) and air photo to contact page. Map and air photo could be somehow combined, switched by javascript or something. Every suggestion is appreciated. Of course I'll provide map and air photo to coder. I'll provide address of webpage to bidders in private communication. When I choose some bid, I'll privide all code (php code + database schema+data)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
