I want to start a budget web hosting business and a WEB HOSTING AUTOMATION solution is required for complete operation from auto sign up to support ticket. Details to be provided. Ideas to make better existing processes are welcome too.
Features required are:
01. Automatic sign up - basic contact information
02. Payment (credit card) and Invoicing
03. Domain registration feature
Domain transfer from other hosts
04. Bandwidth control - tied to a month billing batch
05. Disk space control
06. Email - POP3, forward, alias, Auto responder, MX records
07. SPAM/Virus control for email (3rd party product OK)

10. FTP - one master default FTP creation
11. FrontPage - enable or disable

13. Hosting package
14. Password protect

CONTROL PANEL: Users sign in, get the details to the registered email (login, mail, ftp, etc. information), logs in to panel, changes contact information, credit card information, manages allowed number of POP3, MySQL and changes passsord for login, FTP, Telnet/SSH and send/ receive support ticket.
ADMIN CONTROL PANEL: Tracks hosting expiry, automate the reminders and automated renewal on payment via credit cards.

I am quite attrated to a ASP.NET development, but opened to suggestions from coders who had done it before. AGAIN, ONLY THOSE WITH REAL EXPERIENCE AND CAN PROVE THIS TRACK RECORD ARE ALLOWED FOR BIDDING.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
