Website using osCommerce

I need a website whose main purpose is to serve as a marketplace for buyers and sellers. Sellers put up stuff for sale, buyers buy it. It's not an auction site, just fixed pricing by the seller. There will be other bells and whistles to go along with it. This is being done for my college at my own expense. You do not need to build the site from scratch. Coder is required to use osCommerce. **Only coders with extensive experience in installing and customizing osCommerce, Linux, and Apache need to bid.** The time constraint on the project is somewhat relaxed -- 12 to 15 weeks to get an initial version of the site out for beta testing. I'll be getting it beta-tested at my end, and then, if everything has gone well, will come back to the coder for final development. Thank you. Additional info that might be helpful: 1. Buyers pay for the item, site deducts a %, and seller withdraws money from the site. Payment methods for buyer -- credit cards only -- MC, Visa, Amex, Discover. Site sends out check to seller. 2. Businesses can advertise on the site, but there will not be a special business catalog or directory. Businesses will have to pay for advertising. There will be a section for Bars and Restaurants only that members can search for diff things -- for eg. what restaurants offer french cuisine? Bars and Restaurants do not have to pay for listing the info, but have to pay for advertising if they wish to advertise in addition to listing their menus, etc. 3. Sellers can only post physical things. 4. The site will be local -- for my college. 5. I (buyer) will be responsible for entering all backend data. You will only be programming the site. This is not a data-entry project 6. Changes in requirements will be kept at a minimum, but if there is a change that requires significantly more effort, then the coder will be compensated for that accordingly (in addition to the agreed-upon bid amount).
