Flash Project.

Short (10 seconds) fireworks movie that will be incorporated into a bigger project. It will be displayed as transparent flash over an existing web page. I would like a rocket blasting off and exploding at the top of the page. The multi-colored trails fall and fade out as they approcach the bottom of the page.

I would like the destination of the rocket to be inconsistent. Colors of the explosions to vary. Multiple explosions as the trails approach the ground.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
