Make Software Tutorial Movie like [login to view URL] in Japanese

I have been to sell tutorial Flash Video like [url removed, login to view] ,in Japanese market.

I've already sold 10,000 copy, now I have 20,000 costomer.

My Costomer waiting for version up software.

So I'm looking for the person who could make a tutorial Video ,

for example Photoshop,Illustrator,excel,PHP...etc etc.

But now I'm gonna sell the tutorial products only to Japanese,

so I'm looking for the person who can create tutorial and speaks Japanese,

or translate tutorial to Japanese...

or do you have a solution of language problem

to hire freelancer who can not speak Japanese...?
