Further development for a dating site

We require an experienced coder in smarty php to carry out further development to a dating website made from osdate open source alpha version. You will need to update any development to at least four themes/templates for the website so when the theme is changed from admin the changes are visible at the front end.
The changes are as follows:
Include a register link after the login link on the homepage and the search option (available when logged in) as a link on the homepage before the login/logout link
-Make the username of a member a link so you can view the member profile by clicking on their username.
- Change the online now icon to just the word “Online Now” below the member photo
- For inbox, sent messages and messages in trash can include the member photo under the column for username and simplify the layout of messages received and sent as seen on [url removed, login to view]
- Include a link for events for members wishing to host local events See example on [url removed, login to view] you will need to join the site to see what’s required.
- Each member should have no more than 12 messages displayed. Additional messages should result in deletion of the previous old message
- Update the success stories section to include photo of members with success stories.
- Exclude certain countries with members likely to scam members from joining the site.
- Find an appropriate chat facility to integrate with the site to enable members to chat with each other through instant messaging.
