I need some modification or overhaul on my current image host script. It runs on DPI image host script (open source) and has been modified to be a pay-per-view (ppv) image host. In order to handle high traffic, myphpadmin was integrated for the lack of database in the original script.
Current problems/issues
User
 The uploading feature is unreliable and at times process images randomly (for zip upload).
 Lack of option for image paste code (html/bbcode) – codes are generated in 01 column
 Image gallery don't auto generate preview thumb nail
 Gallery manger - user unfriendly especially when library is large
Admin
 The script is not fully automated. Manual interventions are required for memory dump, fraud clicks check and payments.
 No admin panel or report on activities such as current hits, total members, IP/fraud check, referral data, geotraffic and payments…etc
 Admin have no access to member's images library – both public and private
 No report or alert on the materials uploaded by members within the last 24/48 hrs
 No admin notice or email capabilities to update members
 Ads manager – basic and simple feature (static banners only)
Requirements
The new or modify script must be a hybrid of [url removed, login to view] (banner sharing) and pay-per-view (ppv) image host. All the features on imagearn must be included in the new script together with ppv capabilities - Members will be able to upload banner for onto their images and at the same time earn through ppv.

 Ease and stable image upload along with option on paste code setting
 Better file manager capabilities
 Improve account template with geotraffic data, notice board, email and banner submission
Admin
 Fully auto script to handle memory dump, fraud clicks check and payments.
 Admin panel that report vital activities such as hits, total members, IP/fraud check, referral data, geotraffic and payments…etc
 Control panel for site setting such as CPM, countries/IP ban…etc
 Admin have full access to all user libraries
 Admin notice to users
 Improved Ads manager – User and default ads
 Referral program
